The development team, PRC Partners, LLC, is a collaboration of Mid-America Asset Management, Valenti Builders, and Edward R. James Homes, a homebuilding firm in Glenview, IL, known for their commitment to excellence, unique locations, environmentally sensitive land plans, and high quality architecture. Since the project's completion in the fall of 2009, numerous organizations and associations have recognized both the City of Park Ridge and PRC Partners for innovative and sustainable planning and design.
